Sheran was born and raised on the east coast. Sheran lived in Pennsylvania, Delaware, South Carolina, and Georgia prior to moving to California in 1983, where she graduated from college. She accepted a management position with a national chain store which she left to run the family business. She holds a Real Estate license in two states, California and Pennsylvania. She also has experience in International sales of properties in Mexico. Sheran’s professional networking ranges from local to national as well as international. She’s been rewarded for her teamwork and success with her clients by consistently winning awards. She has been ranked amongst the top producers in her area. Whether it’s a coastal cottage, a professional work-live loft in the city, a business investment, or a Global Luxury Listing, Sheran is successful in meeting her client’s needs. Professional Philosophy: Real Estate is more than just buying and selling; it is about helping people achieve their dreams. I am exceptionally motivated in this endeavor. I share my expertise gained from active hands-on participation in all facets of the community such as school board meetings, city council, and numerous other civic meetings. I have made San Mateo County, and since 1987, specifically Half Moon Bay, my home. I have been an integral part of the San Mateo and Coastal Communities volunteering by serving on many committees for over 33 years. Real Estate is more than just a profession for me, it is my passion.
