About Me
Cosette has enjoyed living in the Bay Area since her childhood. She has extensive knowledge of the Coastside, where she attended local schools and hiked many of the trails. Before her career in Real Estate, Cosette worked for a Destination Management Company in the bay area, where she gained further insight and knowledge of the Peninsula locations and events. She has a business degree from the University of Dallas, and she studied in Rome, Italy for a semester. Cosette has been working in the real estate profession since 2014.
As a lead Agent for The Kulda Group, Cosette works directly with buyers and sellers providing specialized agent service from initial contact through the close of escrow. She begins each relationship with a consultation to determine what her client's wants and needs are, she then diligently works with her team to achieve her client's goals. With her knowledge of the local market stats and trends, she then effectively negotiates for the best value. She loves working with people and assisting clients throughout the entire buying and selling process.
